Refund Policy

Because our work covers both direct consulting services and the coordination of services delivered by independent partners, the rules differ depending on the type of service involved.

For coordinated services, the cancellation and refund rules of the partner provider apply. We will share the relevant partner policy with you before any booking is confirmed.
