Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for engagements with Easy Move (the trading name of EASYMOVE CONSULTING LTD, Company number 17052854, registered office: 128, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom). Because our work covers both direct consulting services and the coordination of services delivered by independent partners, the rules differ depending on the type of service involved.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- Direct consulting and CRM services provided by Easy Move.
- Coordinated travel services (hotels, yachts, tours and similar) where the underlying service is delivered by a third-party partner.
2. Direct Consulting & CRM Services
2.1 Cancellation by the client
- If the client cancels before any work has commenced, fees paid are refundable in full, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (for example software licences purchased on the client's behalf).
- If the client cancels after work has commenced, fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed.
- Deliverables already produced and accepted are non-refundable.
2.2 Cancellation by Easy Move
If we are unable to deliver the agreed services for any reason on our side, we will refund any fees paid for undelivered work in full.
3. Coordinated Travel Services (Hotels, Yachts, Tours)
For coordinated services, the cancellation and refund rules of the partner provider apply. We will share the relevant partner policy with you before any booking is confirmed.
3.1 What we coordinate
- We forward your cancellation request to the partner without delay.
- We follow up on your behalf and assist with documentation.
- We provide a single point of contact throughout the refund process.
3.2 What we cannot do
- We cannot override a partner's cancellation policy. If a hotel, charter operator or tour provider has a non-refundable rate, that rate remains non-refundable.
- We cannot guarantee the timeline for partner refunds; processing times vary by provider.
4. Coordination Fees
Where Easy Move has charged a coordination or consulting fee separately from a partner-delivered service, that fee is governed by Section 2 of this Policy.
5. Refund Processing
- Refund requests should be submitted in writing to info@easymoveconsulting.com.
- We acknowledge refund requests within two business days.
- Refunds for direct services are typically processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Refunds for partner-delivered services are processed according to the partner's timeline; we will keep you informed at each stage.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Services already fully delivered and accepted.
- Cancellations made outside the partner's cancellation window for partner-delivered services.
- Third-party costs already paid that cannot be recovered (for example non-refundable deposits, licences or special-order items).
- No-show situations with partner providers.
