These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Easy Move website and the consulting and coordination services provided by Easy Move ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
1. About Easy Move
Easy Move is the trading name of EASYMOVE CONSULTING LTD (Company number 17052854), a company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 128, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Easy Move is a travel consulting practice. We provide advisory services, CRM design and implementation, and the coordination of travel products supplied by independent third-party partners. We do not own hotels, vessels, transport assets or tour operations.
2. Services Offered
2.1 Direct services
- Travel consulting and advisory.
- CRM design, configuration and implementation.
- Operational and partner-network consulting.
2.2 Coordinated services
- Hotel and resort stays delivered by partner properties.
- Yacht and boat charters delivered by licensed charter operators.
- Tours and itineraries delivered by partner tour operators.
For coordinated services, the contract for the underlying travel product is between the client and the partner provider. Easy Move acts as a consulting and coordination layer.
3. Use of the Website
The website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation, and not to copy or reproduce its content without permission.
4. Engagement of Services
Engagement of our services begins after a written agreement (email confirmation, signed quote or contract) between Easy Move and the client. The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines are set out in that agreement.
5. Payment
Where fees apply, payment terms are set out in the engagement agreement. The website itself does not process payments. Invoicing is handled by Easy Move directly.
6. Third-Party Providers
When a service is delivered by a partner provider, the terms, prices, availability, cancellation rules and refund policies of that partner apply alongside these Terms. We will identify the partner involved and share their relevant terms with the client before any commitment is made.
7. Cancellation
For our direct services, cancellation rules are defined in the engagement agreement. For coordinated services, the partner's cancellation policy applies. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Move is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or our services. For coordinated services, we are not responsible for acts, omissions or service failures of independent partner providers; our responsibility is limited to the consulting and coordination work we perform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design elements, is the property of Easy Move or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easy Move is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
